My name is Nick Dionise, and I am the Owner and Operations Manager of Asset Management Group – Memphis!

Growing up, I immersed myself in painting, remodeling, landscaping and doing everything I could around real estate. I later went on to study engineering and dedicated my twenties to working in the most dynamic and rugged steel mills across the United States. Then the day I turned 30, I decided it was time to return to my roots.

I gathered the hardest working and talented real estate focused team around to found AMG – Memphis and haven’t looked back since. My goal is to use our experience and work ethic to turn the many houses and apartments of Memphis into homes for the good people of this city. As a real estate investor and long-time renter, I have the benefit of having lived on both sides of the lease and knowing just how important accountability, attention to detail and humility are in making this type of operation successful. I am honored to have this opportunity and look forward to creating value with you all.
